Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card for all appointments and 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged the full amount of your training session.

Liability
All members and guests are required to complete a liability waiver to use our facility, work with a trainer or participate in any of our group exercise classes or special sessions.

Age Restrictions
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and have a waiver signed by parents.

Refunds and Membership Cancellation
Memberships and packages are non-refundable. Members wishing to cancel a membership must pay the remainder of membership dues that were committed to before canceling a membership. Member must also provide 30 days written notice.

Membership Freezes
If a member will be absent for a period of time, the member can avoid being charged for the contracted rate by submitting a freeze request. Memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months each year.

Membership Transfer
If a member wishes to cancel a membership that has not gone full term, the member can transfer the membership liability to another member to pay out the remainder of the contract. The new member will be required to pay the initiation fee upon taking over responsibility however, the length of the contract will not change.

Gym Etiquette
We ask that you be courteous to all of our guests. Please limit your time on cardio equipment to 30 minutes when others are waiting, re-rack all weights, wipe down equipment after use, avoid inappropriate conversation or use of profanity and wear proper gym attire and footwear.

Discounts
Members receive 10% off spa services in general. On occasion, we may provide special members-only pricing on programs or treatments. Members may not apply the standard membership discount to special offers or with use of gift certificates, third party vouchers or in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
