What to Expect from Your Free Fitness Assessment

Establishing a baseline through an assessment is crucial for setting personalized workout programs and tracking progress. The Gym at Yellow Creek's Fitness Assessment measures muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory health, and body composition. The process includes discussing fitness goals, past and current injuries, and current fitness activities. Tests include a one-rep max test (chest press, leg press), endurance tests (push-ups, plank), and a 12-minute Cooper test on a treadmill.
