Personal Training at The Gym at Yellow Creek is all about you. From strength training and body sculpting to core conditioning, or private yoga, we have personal trainers that will help you move better, feel stronger, and look leaner.
PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIP
Training 1.5 hours or more per week earns you:
Free gym membership with unlimited access to the facility
10% off spa services
Unlimited group fitness classes (classes with a fee not included)
You can book single sessions by the hour or half hour or receive a discounted rate for package bookings. We also offer team and group training. Personal training rates vary by commitment levels, and initial fitness assessment is free.
After you initial assessment, your trainer will customize a program based on your fitness goals. Also, when you work with one of our trainers, your gym membership is free.
