Classes

We offer classes for every fitness level!

Each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-serve, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

Monthly Yoga Membership–$125 per month and includes unlimited yoga, group fitness classes, gym access, and 10% off spa services (membership charged on the 1st of every month).
Group Exercise Membership–$50 per month and includes unlimited classes. Paid classes and gym usage not included (membership charged on the 1st of every month).
S.W.E.A.T. 8-week High Intensity Program–$349 and includes a FREE gym membership during the 8-week program, nutrition advice and supplement recommendations, exclusive discounts on spa services, and use of our amenities including the eucalyptus steam room. CLICK TO FIND OUT MORE HERE.

Vinyasa Yoga is one of the country’s most popular forms of yoga. It’s sweaty, powerful, connected and can allow you to have an intense and even spiritual experience. The class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

(NEW!) PERSONAL FOUNDATION YOGA 60 min | 12:00pm
Whether you are new to yoga and want a basic introduction or a long-time practitioner who wants to develop a specific part of your practice, Personal Foundation Yoga can be a great way to accomplish your goals. Together we will focus on preparatory poses and learning to form a connection between your mind and your body through movement and breath. This class will help to provide a foundation for which to build a sustainable yoga practice. Every level of practice welcomed.
