We offer classes for every level!

Each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-serve, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. FIND OUT ABOUT S.W.E.A.T.!

BOOTCAMP 45 minutes

Vinyasa class with fast flow, focusing on strength.
