WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE?
Classes will be at 8:30 AM on the following Sunday's: 8/19 | 8/26 | 9/2 | 9/9 | 9/16

WHO IS CHISELED YOGA FOR? 
Anyone and everyone; Yoga experience not required! Modifications will be given throughout the class to increase or decrease intensity.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS? 
A bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Weights will be provided, but feel free to bring your own weights (2-10 lbs).

**Towels and a limited amount of mats are available for your use at no charge.
