WHO IS CHISELED YOGA FOR? 
Anyone and everyone; Yoga experience not required! Modifications will be given throughout the class to increase or decrease intensity.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS? 
A bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Weights will be provided, but feel free to bring your own
weights (2-10 lbs).
